The service staff were really friendly, and I loved my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, in a great spot in the heart of Brera, just a three-minute walk from the subway. I'd definitely come back.

Alessandra was attentive and really helpful, and the place is close to the metro and most things we needed. We had a suite with a separate dressing area and balcony, plus a roomy private bathroom. The secure entry was reassuring. The European breakfast was fine, and the beds and pillows were especially comfortable.
We'd happily stay here again if we're back in Milan. The coordinator was kind and professional, and gave us a map and tips for getting around. Our breezy room had private balconies and a big bathroom. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated, and good value.
The staff were kind and the hotel itself was nice, but the noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. Hammering started at 8am and went on all day, while recycling crews emptied glass bins several times during the night. It would've been lovely without all that noise.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the location worked well for us, about a 20-minute walk to both the Duomo and the castle, with the big park beside the castle close by too. Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was the one letdown compared with other places we stayed: a white roll, croissant, yogurt, jam, butter, and coffee, the usual continental basics.
