Puccini Hotel Milan, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless, spacious room with a beautiful city view, every detail felt just right. A real lesson in hospitality. Highly recommended if you're after an easy, luxurious stay.

Really nice hotel, and the two guys at reception are fantastic. It's very disappointing, though, that a hotel in a business capital doesn't accept AMEX.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had plenty of choice. As Hilton Diamond members, we also got two glasses of wine and some snacks, a lovely welcome. The room looked stunning, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was especially beautiful, and the whole place was spotless. You can see the care in the architecture and design. The location was perfect, very close to the metro, so getting into central Milan was quick and easy. We've stayed at plenty of Hilton hotels, but this was easily our favorite. Everyone on staff was kind, approachable, and full of helpful recommendations. Chiara was especially warm and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right from the start. We felt at home and would happily come back. Highly recommend it.

David and I were lucky to stay five nights just as the Puccini Hotel opened, and the staff were especially impressive. Everyone was so friendly, efficient, and gracious. Breakfasts were wonderful thanks to chef Nalin, Marco, and the team. Lorenzo and Greta at reception were cheerful and helpful every time. A special thank you to Stephano and Osvaldo for making us feel so welcome, and to Julio, the F&B manager, a wonderful host with fine taste. Congratulations to the whole team.
