The manager greeted me when I got to Hotel La Vignetta, gave me the key, and clearly explained how to get in and find my room. He was kind, and I felt I'd chosen well. My room had what I needed for a two-day stay, including a comfortable bed, a desk for work, and a great shower. I could also wait in the lobby after checking out until I was ready to head back into the heat. I booked at the last minute after deciding to stay in Milano for two extra days. The rating, price for two nights on Booking, and location near where I was navigating all worked for me. It's a quiet neighborhood with easy access, and I'll be back.

The bathroom water barely got warm, and in my room I had to leave the lights on to charge my phone, which felt a little odd 😅. The staff were friendly, though, and the rooms were clean and cozy. The location worked well, about a 30-minute walk from the city center, with plenty of places to eat nearby.

I'm very disappointed by the hotel's customer service. We reserved a room almost a month ahead, then asked to cancel just 24 hours later because something unexpected came up. They wouldn't offer any refund, not even a partial one. With the stay still weeks away, that felt rigid and lacking in understanding or flexibility. I won't book here again, and I'd urge others to think twice.

The hotel was okay, but there was no fridge in the room. Staff were alright.

The staff made us feel welcome, and the rooms were comfortable and nicely kept, with a TV and kettle. The hotel's location is great, with easy transport connections around Milan. I'd definitely stay again.
