I canceled right away. On the day I booked, I was told that check-in outside the free 2-7 p.m. window would cost an extra €30 to €100, depending on arrival time.

The accommodation itself was fine, but I wouldn't have picked it if I'd known the parking information was misleading. We paid more because parking was included, even though I knew city-center parking could be tricky. They sent us to a lot that didn't work for us, so we ended up at the airport and took a taxi. I complained there and was told it would be passed to the manager, but nothing was resolved.

The location was ideal and the service just okay, but the apartment was dirty and a bit shabby. It needs a fresh coat of paint and more attention to detail, especially in the shower, which needs fixing and cleaning. The toilet cistern made a lot of noise at night, and the old beds were uncomfortable. Far too expensive for what you get.
