The apartment had a full kitchen, plenty of space, and lovely city views. The staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful. Inside, the place felt like a peaceful little escape from the busy city as soon as we opened the door. My family and I were amazed by how beautiful it was, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The location is great, but construction made the place very noisy. Workers were around almost every day at about 6-7 and talked loudly in the corridor. There was also a fire alarm going off in the morning. There’s no daily room service, so if you’re staying several days, keep your towels clean. The early morning noise level is shown in the photo. There’s no luggage service either, so for a late departure you’ll have to find paid storage somewhere else. They quoted 70 euros for a taxi from LIN, while Uber costs 30 euros.

This stay was frightening, and I’m sharing what happened to alert other guests. I was asked to complete online check-in by sending very sensitive details, including passport photos for everyone and a photo of a credit card. After that, I got 12 payment links in one day. Two WhatsApp accounts contacted me claiming to represent the hotel, then a third account turned out to be a scammer. They already had my full name, exact dates of my stay, and exact payment amount filled into their website, so it looked real. I entered my card details, had to cancel the card, and spent a lot of time dealing with my bank. I’m now abroad on vacation without a credit card to use. When I told the hotel the WhatsApp account’s name, staff immediately said it was a scam and that their IT team had been trying to fix the issue. That suggests they already knew about it, but guests hadn’t been warned. Even though I’d paid, the hotel kept sending requests and links, so it was hard to tell what was legitimate. With so much sensitive information being collected and communication relying on WhatsApp and third-party links, the process felt very unsafe. Basic comfort was a problem too. Only after I paid did the hotel tell me there wasn’t enough hot water for more than one person to shower per night. That should have been disclosed beforehand. The heater also wouldn’t warm the room, which was uncomfortably cold. The bathroom was in poor condition and didn’t seem well maintained. The front door didn’t reliably open even when I entered the correct code, which was especially worrying at night. When I called the emergency number because the door wouldn’t open, no one answered, so there was no dependable help. All of this, the scam activity they seemed to know about, the amount of personal information collected, the confusing payment messages, and the room’s condition, made the stay extremely stressful. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

The apartment was spotless and well kept, and the location was just right. I was especially grateful for the thoughtful hospitality and attention to detail, which made everything comfortable and enjoyable. The service was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I’d recommend the place and would gladly return.
