My earlier review was removed, so I’m posting again. We had a terrible stay. The photos make the place look luxurious and romantic, but our experience was nothing like that. There was hair in the bathtub and a condom wrapper beside the bed. We asked to move rooms and were given one without a bathtub. The sink water was cloudy. The following day, we got another room with a bathtub, which we thought was an upgrade, but then found ants all over the place. Just one more problem on the list. We still tried to enjoy our time in Milan and not let a shabby stay ruin the trip. After chatting with the owner, they offered a 50 euro refund. I didn’t accept and said I’d leave an honest review for 100. Here it is. Please don’t take it down again, so people can avoid this place. P.S. The nearby bistro is amazing.

We left early because the bar noise at night and the car wash noise in the morning made it impossible to sleep properly. We complained, but they didn’t do anything. Don’t stay here.

This was a complete mess. We paid around 1000 USD for four nights, then arrived to find no reception and nobody there to greet us or show us the rooms. The building looked like an old, abandoned warehouse. We waited about two hours, exhausted and hoping someone would turn up. Calls to the number on the door went unanswered at first. After several tries, someone picked up and asked us to pay extra fees before even letting us in. What we expected and what we got were totally different, so we booked another hotel and lost around 1000 USD. Please avoid it.

The apartment looked nothing like the photos online. We were drawn in by the pictures, but the place felt unsanitary and extremely dirty, more like an abandoned laundromat than a decent hotel. There was nobody to welcome us or provide the access codes, so getting in was a problem from the start. At 5:00 a.m., shouting and a huge commotion woke us up. There was no security on site, and we felt completely unsafe. The rooms were unsettling too, with an interior door leading somewhere unknown, which was especially worrying given the lack of security. When we raised the problems, we were told it was our fault. No one responded or followed up, and there was no professionalism. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. Avoid it. 0/20.
