The location works really well, and there's internet. The staff are polite and take care of even little things, like replacing a dead bulb. Extra linens and another set of keys were easy to arrange too. We've stayed here two years running and plan to come back for a third. There's also a Russian-speaking staff member; if we need help, they connect us by phone and sort things out right away. We'd definitely recommend it.
