It’s easy to arrive at any hour since check-in is self-service: you use a code and collect the card once you’ve checked in. The location is handy for the town center, the beaches, and the ferries to the Aeolian Islands. This new B&B is very comfortable and meticulously cared for. Breakfast is covered by a voucher for the café downstairs, which is very good, with a great choice of pastries and traditional products. I definitely recommend staying here.

The room is very nice, modern, and fully equipped, and it’s right opposite the departure point for the Aeolian Islands. The voucher for breakfast at the nearby café, Le Tropicana, is included, but it only gets you an espresso and a croissant. It couldn’t be any less.

Breakfast was only a coffee and a croissant at the bar beside the hotel. Anything else cost extra. Parking was €20 per night, too. There was no one at reception to welcome us, and getting into the hotel and our room meant using access codes sent by WhatsApp, after we managed to reach the manager. The whole customer service experience felt disappointing, with everything handled through messages.

The garage downstairs was a real help with parking so difficult in the area. We found the place gorgeous and in a great spot, right across from the port. Our room was cleaned impeccably every day, and the host was very kind. If I come back to Milazzo, I'd stay here again. Thanks to the owner for everything.

The room was roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean. The host was friendly, and the location was a great base. A well-deserved five stars.
