A nice place to stay in Milazzo.

They kindly let me check in at 10:00 PM, which I appreciated, but a breakfast voucher alone wouldn't bring me back. As a solo guest, I found several problems in the room: the left window wasn't secured and let in outside noise, the pillows were light and uncomfortable, the TV was dated and had poor reception, and there was a lot of dust and dirt on the desk and beneath the bed. I'm not a smoker, and although smoking is prohibited in the room, I was concerned that there were no smoke detectors in the building. The bathroom needed attention too. The shower tray wouldn't drain, the shower rod was held up with string, and the toilet flushed loudly.

The neighborhood is lively and quite noisy. Still, we got a very warm welcome, and after long days the room and massage shower were a pleasure. Breakfast was fine at the bar across the street. A good base for exploring the city and the Aeolian Islands.

We had a great weekend here for June 2nd. Parking was a plus, and the B&B is close to the port and central area, with shops, pizzerias, and bars nearby. Breakfast was arranged at the bar just a few steps away, and the manager was very helpful. Definitely recommended.

We left a jacket behind, and Pino kindly mailed it to us. The place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with a great location near the port and a quiet area at night. Breakfast was very good, especially the espresso. Highly recommend it.
