Luca helped us a lot with recommendations, especially for our Etna skiing trip, and Moussa made sure breakfast was ready every day and was always around if we needed anything. We stayed four days in this lovely, quiet place, with a really beautiful outdoor area. The rooms were cosy and nice, honestly nothing to complain about. Each time we came back from Etna, the friendly cat was there to greet us :) Highly recommend!

Villa Loriana is a little out of the way, which we loved for the peaceful feel when we got back. We hiked on Etna and drove to the coastal cities during our stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and Luca gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We also had to cut our stay short to catch an earlier flight, and the owner was very understanding.

The garden is huge and cosy, and you can have dinner or a bottle of wine there. Luca was really friendly and helped us with our Etna trip. Breakfast was very good for an Italian one, and the room was clean and quiet. We had a pretty good stay.

We booked the chalet for December 25, and the views from it were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. It's small, sure, but it felt like home. We had everything we needed: a soft, comfortable bed, a huge TV, practical A/C that kept it warm even with the cold outside, and a bathroom with all the essentials. The shower and sink were especially memorable. There was also a fireplace and an outdoor barbecue, though we didn't use either. Great place and worth the price. We're thinking of coming back soon!
