The toilet flush stopped working, so we had to use tap water in an emptied trash can to flush it. By then, the shower had already been a problem: it wasn't fixed properly to the wall, and cold water slipped out from behind it. Anyone over 170cm would keep hitting their head, and the drain clogged so badly that after 30 SECONDS we had to shut off the water and wait 2-3 minutes for it to drain, or the floor would flood. Then there was the lighting. No switch, just a sensor by the door that gave us light for five minutes. After that, you had to leave the shower and get within reach of the sensor, getting water all over the floor. An insane setup. The room itself was OK, with a good bed, a chair, working TV, and A/C, which you need in such a hot place. The building was good too, though there are two small flights of stairs to reach the rooms, so it's not accessible for disabled people. The location in Rome was nice, near some interesting places. This was easily my worst B&B experience, even compared with cheaper ones, and this place was far from cheap. I wouldn't sell this kind of service to people. If I could, I'd give it 0 out of 5 stars.

Simone was kind and available to help at any hour. The B&B is in the heart of Rome, close to major sights like the Colosseum and Piazza Navona, which made getting around very convenient. We found the rooms spacious and spotless, a cozy place to rest after a day exploring. A charming getaway for a Rome stay!

We needed a taxi at 5 am and reached out to Simone at the last minute. He arranged it quickly and without any hassle, and his support was great to have. The room was clean and well cared for, and we really enjoyed the city during our stay. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Rome 🙏

The croissant and coffee from the nearby cafe were incredibly tasty, and we loved them, though it didn't feel like a proper breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and there was a small kitchen with free coffee. The owner was very friendly, but communication was sometimes difficult. There wasn't a clothes cabinet, just hangers on the wall. Also, some equipment by the kitchen, maybe a boiler, was really noisy at times, especially at night, and kept us from sleeping.
