Clarissa was wonderful, and the staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. They made us feel at home, and the rooms were spotless and really comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything and literally a 1-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Rome. The whole visit felt like true 5-star service, and I can't wait to come back.

The staff were so friendly and quick to help, and they moved me to another room as soon as I mentioned the courtyard view. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, though the showers are a bit small. My first double room didn't have a great view, and apparently the double rooms usually face the courtyard. The location is brilliant, with most things an easy walk away. The Trevi Fountain view is partly blocked, but it gets so busy and noisy right outside that I wouldn't want to overlook all of it. I'd happily stay again, as long as I pick the right room.

We had a lovely, comfortable room with an amazing view of the Trevi Fountain, and the location was great. The catch was being directly under the rooftop bar. From around 8pm until 2:00 in the morning, we could hear tables and chairs being dragged back and forth. Still, the stay was worth it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our junior suite was large with plenty of closet space and a partial view of the Trevi Fountain. It's a 3 star Hotel, so don't expect luxury. The real draw is being right in front of Trevi Fountain, amid all the action, with anywhere in Rome walkable from here. Just be aware that there are stairs to reach the hotel, so it won't suit anyone with mobility issues.

I come back here every year and have never been disappointed. The hospitality at Relais Fontana di Trevi is wonderful, and the location across from the Trevi Fountain is hard to beat. Thank you again for a lovely stay in Roma. I wouldn't choose any other residence there, and I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting. Love it!
