The standout for me was the service. They made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, offering me a cappuccino and croissant before I even went to my room. The owner and concierge chatted with me, offered to show me places to go and eat in Rome, and helped me figure out the transportation. My room had a spectacular balcony, and the bathroom and showers were amazing. There wasn't any closet space for clothes, though some room amenities may vary. I'd recommend this place to anyone coming to Rome.

Mr. Francesco made me feel welcome from the first moment. He was friendly and incredibly helpful, with great suggestions for where to go and what to see. The other staff and hotel representatives were kind and welcoming too. The hotel was warm and pleasant, very clean, comfortable, modern, cozy, and well maintained. Its location made it easy to get around, and the service was outstanding. I felt comfortable during my stay and would happily return. Definitely recommend it.

The place was cleanish, warm, and close to Circus Maximus and the Colosseum. Francesco, Alexandros, and wissem were friendly, easy to talk to, and helpful, and their service was the best. I didn't like the night shift guy's attitude at all, but I'd definitely return because of the hospitality from those three. Watch out for room 5: there's a noisy person living above it in the shared hotel-apartment building.

The manager was a huge help when we arrived, giving us a map, useful tips, and directions for the bus lines. I appreciated that, especially since the reservation information was barely available in English and I had to use Google Translate. We also found good dinner options on Via Gallia and really liked the local Romulus & Remus restaurant. Our room was in the newer wing on the third floor. It was small, including the bathroom, but we mainly used it for sleeping and liked the firm mattress. Staff came in to clean every day, even when we had the Do Not Disturb sign out. We were happy with our three-night stay, but I'd skip the hotel breakfast. At $12.50 euro per person, Lunch Music around the corner serves two breakfasts for the same price, and the hotel's selection is limited, with juices that aren't fresh.
