Relais Frattina

My family and I stayed here in 2019, before the pandemic, then came back in summer 2022. We'd stay again. Everything is within walking distance, and the location is great. The customer service was accommodating, and our rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. Thank you!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were amazing and helpful. They arranged dinner reservations for us that turned out great, and organized a car to pick us up from the airport. The location was perfect. We did have to walk up the first flight of stairs, but the building is shared with businesses, so that's not the hotel's fault. Thanks, Maddalena. I'd almost rather keep this place secret.

For over 200 euros/night, I think there are better options. Our room was clean but very small, with few bathroom amenities. The TV had no English stations, though the WIFI worked. The lodging is on the fourth floor of an old building. First we had to haul our bags up a flight of stairs, then squeeze into a small, closet-sized elevator. There was no one on the first floor or clear directions to the elevator. This small place has five rooms, three of them down for redecoration. Only one person worked at the desk, and they left when we arrived, leaving no staff, just a telephone number for emergencies.

The view was nice, and breakfast was delicious, delivered to the bed. It's a great place to stay, close to everything. I recommend it!
