I stayed twice and had a perfect experience both times. The rooms were tidy and super clean, the AC worked, and the owners were very nice. It’s a lively part of Rome without the touristy annoyance of the city centre. The location is amazing: right by the metro and buses, and you can also walk easily to the best-known sights.

The space worked fine for our family of five, and the place was clean. The owners were great, very communicative and accommodating, and parking was 35euro with the "discount", less than a minute away on foot. I suggest contacting them directly for a better rate. It’s a perfect location for tourist spots, a couple blocks from St Peter's Square. The elevator is small.

The room was small but comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a little leak in the toilet shower, but they gave us extra towels to use as a mat, so it was okay. Two bottled waters were free in the fridge. It’s across from The St. Pietro Basilicca wall, close to a metro station, with lots of restaurants nearby. Wanna come back on my next trip 😍

Vatican is just 5 mins away, and you can see the Vatican chapel from some rooms. The rooms are really beautiful for a very good price. I’ve stayed here twice and it was awesome both times. The owners have a nice attitude. I’d recommend it to everyone and will come back.
