Breakfast came right to our room door, with pancakes, cereal, croissants and more, and reception even had it ready early on our last day so we could catch our train. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our room was just right for two, with a welcome drink and snacks, slippers, a toothbrush, razor and cosmetics in case we'd forgotten anything. Though the hotel is on a busy main street, we didn't hear traffic from the room. It's well placed for the station and bus stops, and the main sights are within a 30 minute walk. Great value. Reception is only open certain hours, so check the listing.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast in the room was great for the price. It's very central, close to the Metro and within walking distance of the Colosseum and other sights. I'd recommend it to anyone after a budget hotel in Rome.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and the location is central and close to roma terminal station. The mattress was comfortable, and there was ac, but I wouldn't book this room again. It had no air, a musty smell and a smelly ac. The blankets smelled like vinegar and had stains. The balconette got no sunlight and looked out at a water tank. There was also a spider in my room, and the shower sprayed and leaked. I stayed 3 nights. Don't take the room without windows on the left side of the hall. Pay for a better room, this one wasn't worth the budget price.

After reading the owner's comment, I wish I could take this down to a 0 star review. They said they were “surprised,” but I found similar complaints from users Kayla A and Bean M Wicki about mold and how hard it was to breathe. We couldn't reach anyone because no one was there during the hours we stayed. I can't understand the 4.4 star rating. Please look at the photos. The mildew smell in our room was so strong it was hard to breathe. The shower was covered in mildew/mold and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and the walls were filthy. The WiFi DOES NOT WORK. We couldn't use our phones because we had no connection, even with our data. I'm glad we only had to stay one night. We would have had to cancel if it had been longer.
