We came for an Etna visit and a wine tasting. The host was lovely, and the rooms were fabulous. The garden and terrace are super cute too. I'd definitely recommend it!

B&B Althea is in Milo, a handy spot for exploring the Etna villages and getting away from city chaos. Elvira is a kind, caring hostess, and she treated us to a delicious breakfast in the morning. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean, with heating and air conditioning. Bathrooms are spacious, and the towels and bed linen are soft and fragrant. If you're planning to see Catania and the Etna villages, this is a perfect choice.

Elvira clearly puts so much love into welcoming guests and helping them feel at ease. We found dried fruit and water in the fridge, plus makeup remover and wipes in the room, which was gorgeous and impeccably clean. She also made us an enormous breakfast with produce from her own land, and we felt completely pampered. The location is ideal for reaching hundreds of Etna trails in under fifteen minutes. It's also behind a grove where you can see a centuries-old holm oak. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves nature.

Elvira is a wonderful owner who makes guests feel so cared for. The room was gorgeous, and the breakfast, with all the delicious treats she made herself, was unforgettable. This B&B really is one of a kind. Thanks for everything, Elvira. We'll definitely see you again ❤️
