Graziano was welcoming as ever, and Caterina looked after us impeccably. She was friendly, helpful, and quick. I booked dinner along with a spa treatment and couples massage, but I wouldn’t repeat the treatment. The manager had smoked before coming into the massage room and was cold and distant. The tub smelled of chlorine and didn’t seem very clean. I’d come back, as I always have, but I can’t recommend going there to relax now.

The location is handy for reaching the Adriatic coast, there’s indoor parking, and the price was excellent for what we got. Graziano, the property manager, asked me to review the stay, and I feel I should. I’ve read the harsh reviews, but as someone who travels a lot, my view is that our experience was genuinely satisfying, even though we stayed just one night on half-board. Our room was simply furnished, and both it and the bathroom were clean. There was no bidet, but that was manageable, and the mattresses were comfortably supportive. Dinner in the on-site restaurant was superb, with exposed stone and vaulted ceilings. We had a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses, delicious spaghetti with mussels, and a plentiful plate of crispy fried fish. Breakfast was just as tasty, with sweet treats to choose from and a cappuccino topped with thick foam. The staff were extremely kind and polite. Graziano, keep it up!
