We weren't guests at Villa Marietta, since our AirBnb was within walking distance, but we ate dinner there twice. We'd planned to try other restaurants, but the first meal was so perfect we came back. They asked whether we wanted the house red or white, then planned a 5-course meal around our choice. The wine was delicious, the food exquisite, and everything came from their garden. Sitting outside, we watched the sunset with a view unlike any I'd seen before. The owner, Vincenzo, was friendly and accommodating. He spent a long time talking with us and sharing stories about when he was younger. If you're after a family-owned, family-run place with a real family feel, don't miss it.

Villa Marietta felt like home, with homemade breakfast and a clean, fresh, spacious room with comfortable beds. We loved the stunning view and the location, which was handy for hikes and trips around the area. There's also a very convenient minibus that takes people up the hill. We had a great stay. I'm writing this on my second day here, and Villa Marietta is well worth it. Vincenzo and Carmella are fantastic hosts, and their hospitality is more than perfect. The place is wonderfully clean, and the view is fascinating.

A scheduled van runs to the villa and back, which is handy. The view is simply amazing, and it's on the peaceful side of the Amalfi Coast. Great hosts and a delicious breakfast, too.

WOW, just WOW! As frequent international travelers, my husband and I have never had a better bed and breakfast experience. The owners and their daughter were so welcoming and helpful. They made us feel like part of the family while still giving us privacy. Great location, lovely rooms, and delicious breakfast. We wish we lived closer so we could visit their villa more often.
