The balcony view is stunning 😍, and Minturno has plenty to offer. I'd recommend arriving by car, which is also handy for getting around the area and exploring. The landlord was super friendly, the apartment exceptionally clean and spacious, and the price for what you get is outstanding.

A quiet Italian countryside feel, with a spacious, clean apartment, terraces, and a sea view about 4 km away.

This was our second time staying in the apartment, and the hosts were wonderful again. It's been fully renovated, with a roomy shower and separate air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, each controlled on its own. The kitchen has what you need for everyday cooking. Breakfast on the balcony, looking out over the Gulf of Geata, was calm and relaxing. The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the center of Minturno's old town, yet it's pleasantly quiet day and night. Nothing disturbed our rest.

I loved that there are a few cats around, and the owner is always helpful and great to chat with. The house is clean, with nice bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a sofa and foosball table. You don't find holiday homes this good everywhere!

The host welcomed us warmly and was attentive throughout. It's an easy place to reach, with all the comforts you need for relaxing and enjoying the sea view. Excellent location, highly recommended!
