Really dreadful. The rooms are tiny, the staff weren’t helpful, and the kitchen is rubbish. I could keep going. Don’t come here.

The room has been renovated and has its own bathroom. The property is in an older building, and you have to climb 53 steps to reach it since there’s no elevator. The location is away from the center, so it wasn’t chaotic, at least during this winter. The heating wasn’t adequate, and I’d already reported this to the owner. Everything was switched off at 9 pm. Since the average tourist is out all day, I think the heating should be on in the evenings until at least 10 pm.

The host was so helpful and welcoming, and there was clearly a lot of care put into making the place comfortable. The decor is tasteful, the attention to detail is great, and it has every comfort to make guests feel at home. The location is stunning too. My stay in Naples was wonderful, and I highly recommend this truly exceptional bed and breakfast.

This b&b is a real gem. The room was spotless and had all kinds of comforts, from a coffee machine and kettle to a basket of useful things like body lotion, a laundry bag, and more. The host was so kind and helpful, and gave us lots of tips on what to see and the best places to eat. It’s perfectly located, literally steps from the Naples waterfront and all the main attractions in the city center. I’d recommend this place to anyone. It’s certainly the best choice for visiting the city.
