We had a bright, comfortable room that was spotless, with a modern, convenient bathroom. Breakfast was basic but good. The location was excellent, near the metro, historic center, market, and port.

Rosario made me feel welcome, showed me around, and got my room ready quickly. She’s a star, so friendly and helpful. We managed the language difference with Alexa support, and she was happy to communicate with me. I’d had a problem with another accommodation, but they arranged my stay promptly. Borgo Angioino was pleasant, with a great location, clean rooms, and a quiet, calm atmosphere. If I come to Naples again, I’ll book here. Thanks for everything, especially Rosario!

We were happy with the location near the harbour, which worked perfectly for us. The room itself was clean and simple, with a bed, bathroom, fridge, and little desk. Breakfast was okay too: coffee, toast, fruit, yoghurt, croissants, jam, Nutella and more. The staff were friendly. The view wasn’t especially picturesque, though you could catch a glimpse of local life. Check-in through Viakey, keyboxes, and various codes was confusing at first because the instructions were a bit sparse. We figured it out in the end and can laugh about the midnight check-in trouble now.

The location near Castello Nuovo was very good. It’s a small, clean apartment that works for a family or four friends. It has a kitchen, but the bathroom could be better.
