We were given a cold room in winter, with a broken window and heating that barely worked. The service and location were both very bad. For the same price, you can find a hotel right in Venice. When we asked for a refund, they refused to do anything. They seem concerned with money, not service.

I switched rooms twice in two days, and each one was worse than the last. It's cheap, but everything seems shoddy or broken.

There's another hotel of theirs 250 meters down the road, and it's cheaper.

The place is small, and parking is limited.
