Parco Degli Ulivi

The owners were kind, helpful, and easy to talk to, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a large, practical bathroom, and everything was spotlessly clean. We also loved the green surroundings and garden. Breakfast was good and very well prepared. Being close to both the sea and the Misano circuit makes this B&B especially appealing. If we're back in the area, we'll probably stay here again. Finding owners like these makes you want to travel all over Italy, too bad they're not all like this.

The breakfast was huge, and Francesca was warm, kind, and ready to help. We stayed three nights for the MotoGP Grand Prix, and being about a 20-minute walk from the circuit meant we could leave the car behind and avoid the traffic at the exit. The house and garden were both beautiful, clean, and very well cared for. We’d happily recommend it and plan to come back.

Rita and Luigi were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent even though there wasn't a huge selection. We enjoyed eating while looking out over the garden, with its pines and hedges and olive trees farther away. The room was thoughtfully set up, from the grandmother's crocheted bedspread to the little fridge with tea and coffee, and the shared spaces were pleasant too. The one drawback was the nearby bar's music, which got a bit loud in the evenings.

We had a lovely weekend here. The owners gave us a warm welcome, and our room was roomy and clean. It's a great spot surrounded by greenery, and we really enjoyed the sweet and savory breakfast. We'll be back for sure.
