The pool was wonderful, the balconies had lovely sea views, and one waiter was especially helpful and always tried to get us what we needed. The food was tasty too. But the housekeeping was a serious problem during our stay. Important things left out in the open went missing after cleaning, both for me and for my friends, and it made me worry about the cleaning staff. One cleaner refused to clean our room twice, and the sheets weren't changed during our two-week stay, which felt very unhygienic. The rooms were hard to keep clean, there were awful cobwebs, and the ventilation smelled of fungus. Most staff didn't speak English, so communication was difficult. The hotel itself isn't bad, but they really need to pay attention to housekeeping.

We came as a team, and the place worked really well for our group. The services were all great and much appreciated. The food deserves a special mention for its fantastic taste. A very good place to stay with family or in a group.

The hotel had a fun ocean theme and was nicely decorated, and I really liked the room. The menu had lots of variety, as usual. My main annoyance was the heat: if you switch off the AC to sleep, sometimes it gets unbearably hot. The staff are kind, and there's plenty to do nearby, from cycling and walking along the seafront to getting ice cream. I'd definitely recommend it.

The food was delicious, but the room was terrible. There was a hole under the floor strip with ants coming out of it. Room service was only so-so, and nobody seemed to speak even a little English. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
