Residence Armony Misano

A terrible situation happened to me at this property. I paid a 975 EUR deposit for Attico New York before Italy's COVID-19 lockdown. The restrictions meant I couldn't come. When it became clear there was no way for me to visit that year, I asked the property to return the deposit, but they said they didn't want to. I haven't been able to reach an agreement with them, and it feels like they've taken my 975 EUR. Please be careful about sending them money and watch out for this kind of situation.

The owners made us feel at home, and we even enjoyed chatting with other guests in the welcoming, family-like atmosphere. The staff were kind and quick to help with our requests. Our room and the shared spaces were spotless, and the location felt peaceful while still being close to the area's main attractions. There are green spaces and facilities suitable for children, so I’d recommend it to families, as well as couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet break. The price felt fair for what the residence offers. We had a relaxing stay and would happily recommend it.

Residence Armony made a strong impression on me, especially how fresh and clean every corner felt. The apartments are spacious and modern, thoughtfully laid out, and have what you need for a comfortable holiday. You can tell there’s real care behind the place. I’d gladly stay again.

I’m going to take legal action. I tried to cancel a booking after a bereavement yesterday, but the person described as the person in charge wouldn’t listen and hung up on me twice. Article 1371 of the Civil Code says otherwise. I had given my son-in-law the weekend as a gift, but his mother’s unexpected death yesterday meant he couldn’t stay at the residence. I was treated terribly. At first I tried to explain, then I got angry. I asked to move the date, and now I’ll make them pay. It’s not about the €150, which I have a right to get back.
