The location is lovely, right by the sea and practically in the center of Misano. That was the only good part of our stay over the June 2nd long weekend, which was assigned to us by the organizers of my son’s soccer tournament. The food was a major problem. Breakfast was sparse and very poor quality, as were the other meals. On the last day they even added sparkling water to the only fruit juice to make it go further. There was no real lunch or dinner buffet, just carrots, tomatoes, and salad, and not enough for everyone. When we asked the very rude staff to replenish the vegetables, they rudely said there was none left. The first and second courses were awful, with no choices. We got canned ragù pasta, and potatoes cooked in a thousand different ways as the side dish. At lunch, they served two sausages and four chips. At dinner, there was a completely raw 5x5cm square of pizza and more chips alongside the first and second courses. Requests, like asking for sauces with the chips, were always refused rudely. Even extras such as coffee had to be paid for strictly in cash. The organization was terrible, too. We’d booked a double room for my husband and me but got two single beds. The parents’ and children’s rooms were spread across different floors, with two rooms opposite older children from other teams who made a lot of noise. That might have been the least bad part. A definitely bad experience!

The location was great and the room was decent. Still, during my stay I kept feeling as if I were being treated like someone looking for a way to cheat the hotel. Making guests feel welcome and at ease is what matters most in a hotel.

Right by the sea, and the food was plentiful, varied, and really good, with different menus to choose from. The staff and management were professional and capable, but also very friendly.

The rooms were clean and there was plenty of good food, but what stayed with us most was how warmly we were received. My family, friends, and I were there from January 2nd to 5th. Stefano, his wife Eva, and their children made us feel right at home. Ferdinando and Dadi also knew how to be professional while still making us feel comfortable and cared for. The hotel is in a great spot and was the best value we've ever found. We'll definitely come back. Best wishes from Daniele, Paola, Giulia, and Stefano ❤️

That classic Romagna welcome really came through, and we had a lovely time. We spent four days there after New Year's Eve. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, and the chefs did a great job with traditional Romagna food. The passatelli were delicious! Stefano and his wife gave us a fantastic welcome. Ferdinando in the restaurant was helpful, professional, and kind, while Dadi and the rest of the team were welcoming and professional too. We'd happily do it again. A big hello to Pietro!
