3t - Affitti Brevi Italia

After finding the place dirty and run-down, with a broken air conditioner and hair dryer, I also noticed dead insects and animal waste. It was cold, too, and customer service was practically nonexistent. I called them and Booking dozens of times and asked the NAS (National Health and Safety Administration) to intervene right away because of the poor sanitary conditions for a hospitality business. In the end, I got only a partial refund. A truly awful, disgusting experience.

After long days at work, I liked being able to unwind here. It’s a quiet, rustic country house with an authentic countryside feel, ideal if you’re after nature and peace. Just don’t expect a four-star hotel, because that’s not what this place is.

The main drawback is the location: it’s far from services, so you need a car for pretty much everything. Still, it worked very well for me when I was in Modena for work. There are rooms in different sizes with all the comforts, and a bike path starts right outside and runs about 5 km into the city center.

It’s cold and damp in the room, and there’s a moldy smell. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially for anyone with asthma.
