Paolo was so thoughtful and suggested plenty of things to see. He even found us a spot on a trip to the parmiggiano factory. He and his wife made amazing breakfasts. The room was simple but had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Paolo and his wife made my wife and me feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. He’s a true old-school gentleman. I’d absolutely recommend their villa if you want to enjoy Modena surrounded by peace and nature.

The farmhouse is charming and just a short drive from town. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, booking us tables at two wonderful, authentic Italian restaurants and suggesting two tours we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with regional options. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We slept so well because the beds were super comfortable, and Paolo’s service was excellent. He and the other hosts gave generously of their time. Breakfast included homemade liqueur, balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, and prosciutto, just a small part of the experience. Thanks so much, Paolo. An awesome stay.

Paolo kept in touch throughout our visit to make sure we were looked after. He and his wife were wonderful hosts, generous with their hospitality, and helped arrange day trips to a dairy farm and acetaia, as well as bookings at restaurants they recommended. We also loved the breakfast they prepared each morning. The property and grounds are beautiful and peaceful, just a short taxi ride from Modena’s center. We can’t thank Paolo and his family enough, and highly recommend this charming B&B!
