There’s a lovely outdoor patio with a gorgeous mountain view, though whether you see the mountains from your room depends on which one you get. Our accommodation felt spacious, laid out like a two-story apartment, and had a small kitchen stocked with supplies. The front desk coffee machine was a nice touch. Staff were incredibly friendly and helped us get settled. Laundry costs 5 euros, and there’s garage parking. The location is nice for hiking, with lots of trails nearby. A few dinner places are within walking distance, though breakfast options were harder to find. The area wasn’t very populated or busy when we visited in mid to late June.

Hiking trails start right outside the hotel, which was great for our family of two adults and two children. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms comfortable. The main road is right nearby, but we weren’t bothered by its noise, and our room faced the mountains. Very good value!

Ten years after our 2013 stay, I’m still recommending this place. The natural beauty of the area is mind-boggling, and that vacation felt like a dream. I’ll never forget the warm, cozy townhouse. It had everything we needed and more. Nothing fancy, just felt like home after a day skiing. The apartment was a big part of what made the visit magical.
