A good base for visiting Modena or the Maranello area. There’s free parking at the B+B, breakfast is ample, and downtown Modena is close enough. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. I’d recommend staying here.

We had a nice room and a very well equipped shared kitchen. The staff were really kind and supportive.

The welcome felt a bit superficial, and the linen could have been fresher. Otherwise, it was fine.

The location was quiet and still convenient for the city center. Our room was modern, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. A perfect stay!

Breakfast had an excellent range of products, and the owners were helpful, always available, and quick to reply. The rooms are large and clean. The downside is that breakfast is in just one room. When a couple of guests are in there, nobody else can get in. I’d suggest letting people have breakfast in their rooms instead of using the shared room.
