Parking took a little figuring out since we had to use a street space with a parking pass, but we did find one. There was also work going on at the front entrance while we were there. We stayed two nights, and the hotel was a good spot for us. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. Breakfast came with the stay and was okay, though nothing special, with no hot food on the second day.

The service in the food area and from the women working nights was excellent. The location was another plus, close to transit and the city center. The rest of the stay left me unhappy. I was here for a week on business and wouldn't return. For a four-star hotel, the rooms were surprisingly small, with an uncomfortable bed and old, worn furniture. There was no warm water in the bathroom. When I told the man about it, he brushed it off and did nothing. Breakfast was a nightmare for me as someone who doesn't eat pork and is lactose intolerant. I basically had to stick to fruit.

The location was very central, and the staff were friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and everything in it was nice. I had a king-size room, and parking was free too.

I came back after 16 years and found the room renovated and clean. It's a good business hotel, though water leaked past the shower door seal. I also wish they'd update breakfast. After all this time it still seemed the same, with cold meals, cold cuts, bakery items, and cheese. Some hot food like fried eggs, bacon, or sausage would be welcome.

The room was on the small side, but had what I needed, and there was enough space to shower. For the low price, that worked well for me. It's a cozy place, with good service and a handy location. Osteria Francescana is about a seven-minute walk away.
