Breakfast was local in style and the food was excellent. The B&B itself was clean, cozy, and had the essentials. The owner and other staff were kind and attentive, and the location made it easy to reach the city center, restaurants, bars, and shops. I’d recommend it to couples or families.

We made good use of the roof terrace, a nice place to sit and unwind. The room had a small balcony with a great view, and there’s free parking. It’s very close to the centre. Our friendly host explained what to see and where to go. We’d stay again.

The hosts were polite, though I’m not sure how much English they speak. The rooms were clean, pleasant, and more modern than I expected, with AC. It’s in a good spot in Modica and deserves the positive reviews.

For the price, it’s good value. The room was nothing special, just satisfactory, and I didn’t find any major shortcomings. The receptionist was great and happy to help.
