Gianni and Margarheta are so helpful and look after their guests with real affection. The people running the place are very clean, polite, and kind. I'd recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Modica.

Valeria, the lovely cleaning lady, is the only reason I'm giving the rooms five stars. The owners were incredibly rude and SUPER INTRUSIVE!!!!!! We stayed for a month and paid, but they still asked us, "when are you leaving" as though we were animals or rude people. We always offered our food to Margherita, yet they treated us terribly right to the end, didn't provide breakfast, and kept disturbing us. Products like milk and cocoa were poor quality, had been left in the fridge for ages, and were reused. Highly not recommended.

We were sorry to leave B&B Habita after Margherita and Gianni welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home. They were attentive to anything guests might need and personally prepared breakfast, with local delicacies, fruit, and plenty more. Cleanliness was impeccable. The location is excellent for both a seaside trip and exploring the area's sights.

The homemade cakes, croissants, and fruit at breakfast were excellent, and you really do feel pampered here. The place is tastefully furnished, clean, and quiet. Modica is fantastic, and we always love coming back to this wonderful B&B.

The room itself was okay, but for two nights we were completely ignored. There was no service, no breakfast, no one to talk to, and nobody spoke English. The owners weren't there at check-in, so communication was impossible. Because of COVID, breakfast wasn't available and we were given vouchers for a café that closes on Sundays. At 8 a.m. checkout, we had to ring the hosts to wake them up.
