Jessica was very kind and helpful. We spent three nights at this beautiful property in central Modica, and it was the little details that made it special. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, well maintained, and equipped with every comfort. We couldn't have asked for more.

Jessica, the owner, was kind and very helpful. The included breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant, with a wide choice of sweet and savory food. There are paid and free parking options, so you can leave the car and explore Modica on foot. The property is centrally located at the start of the main street, near churches and historic buildings, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops nearby. It's a new, welcoming place, thoughtfully detailed in a style that reflects the historic buildings.

The central location made it easy to explore the city and nearby area. We really enjoyed our stay and have been recommending it to family and friends. The place is new, beautiful, clean, and well equipped, with custom-made furniture and lovely floral decorations on the ceilings. The hospitality was excellent.

We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and spotless, and everything in it worked as it should. The place is right in the center, with loads of bars and restaurants around, but the soundproofing kept the room perfectly quiet. BRAVI.

We spent four nights here as a family. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with lovely ceilings, and were clean, well cared for, and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The welcome was excellent. RECOMMENDED!!!
