Our room was satisfactory, but the service overall left a lot to be desired, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. One Italian waitress on the breakfast staff repeatedly made unnecessary, arrogant remarks to us, which was disappointing. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome, and unfortunately we didn’t feel that way.

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was good. Parking was good too.

On my second stay, on 28.12.2024, the room felt too warm and the AC and TV weren’t working properly. We received an upgrade, slept well, and I can still highly recommend the hotel. On my first visit, the standout was the service, which was fantastic. The hotel is pet friendly, modern, and chic, with beautiful, spacious rooms, large smart TVs and free 5G Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the best we’d had in Sicily. It’s outside the city centre but conveniently located, and being able to park for free in the underground garage was a big plus with our car full of luggage. Many thanks to the hotel manager for the complimentary upgrade and late checkout. We’ll definitely come back.

I slept really well here. The room was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of storage for clothes, and I couldn’t hear a thing. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was good too. I’d recommend this hotel if a good night’s sleep is what you’re after. A couple of things could have made the stay better. The pool is a nice place to relax, tucked away from the rest of the hotel for some privacy, but it’s beside the road, so traffic is audible. The hotel can’t change where it’s situated, but it’s worth knowing if you plan to spend time by the pool. We weren’t told that the spa and gym cost extra. The spa wasn’t working, which was a big disappointment. And the gym is really just two treadmills and a pair of dumbbells, with a maximum weight of 16 kg. Even so, I’d rate the hotel 4.5/5 for the comfort it gave me.

The private parking was a real plus, and it felt reassuring to leave the car there while exploring southern Sicily. The hotel is also in a handy spot for driving around the area. Breakfast had a lot of choice, including gluten-free options, and pool towels were available whenever we wanted one. The place itself looks lovely, is thoughtfully designed, and has a great atmosphere. There was even a wonderful scent throughout the hotel.
