The owner was friendly, and we really liked having a shared kitchen. Our room was modern, tidy and clean, and they let us bring our bikes inside. Breakfast is a small offering at a nearby bar: coffee or cappuccino plus one croissant, sandwich, or similar. It wasn't much, but I got my first third-wave cappuccino in Italy there, and the staff were super friendly. It had a real local feel. The distance from the centre didn't bother us since we'd brought our bikes. A great choice for Spoleto!

We stayed for a week in August, and Chiara's thoughtful, attentive help stood out right away. The room was comfortable and welcoming, with a good bed and pillows. Even on those scorching nights, the air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently, so we slept well. Everything was very clean, and we made good use of the modern kitchen guests can share.

The sleep quality was a real highlight for me: the mattresses and pillows were clearly given proper attention. We also got a coupon for breakfast at the café across the street, where the pastries were excellent. The property is on a quiet street a short drive from Spoleto's historic centre. It has been recently renovated and furnished with care. When we arrived, Chiara welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips for our stay. A lovely experience I'd happily repeat.

We had a really good stay after hearing about the B&B from a friend, Chiara. The bed and memory foam pillows were fantastic, and I don't often find that even in five-star hotels. The room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a large shower. It was 38°C that weekend, but we didn't need the air conditioning to sleep. The new kitchen is roomy enough to cook whatever you like. Breakfast was generous, with pastries, jams, cereal, yogurt, juice, biscuits, espresso pods including barley and ginseng, plus tea and herbal tea. Parking outside was easy. There's a terrace that could be put to good use, and my one suggestion would be to make a couple of bikes available for guests. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

It's in a residential part of Spoleto, and the rooms feel new, spotless and charming without being crowded. The young owner greeted us warmly and was ready to help with what we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. The only thing I'd suggest is putting up an outdoor sign, because the place can be a little hard to find. The value for money is excellent.
