The hosts are an incredibly welcoming couple, and the place is decorated throughout in a lovely Baroque style. Breakfast was abundant, delicious, varied, and laid out to match. Free garage parking is available, but the owner drives your car in with you, and you can't get it out without their help. It's also good to know the couple don't speak much English. The room was generally clean, though it had been a while since the fridge and the areas under the furniture were cleaned. The old wooden furniture also has the usual small holes left by wood-boring beetles over time.

The owner is very knowledgeable and can tell you a lot about local history. We also loved the detailed Baroque decor, and found the place comfortable, with care put into the details. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit and focaccina, and the location was perfect. Prices were very reasonable.

The interior was lovely, the owner was friendly, and breakfast was great. Just be aware that your car needs to be really small to fit into the parking area. Ours couldn't get in, so we had to use paid parking.

The view from the apartment was wonderful, and the apartment itself was very nice. The owner was friendly and very helpful.

The rooms and suites are beautiful, well furnished for both style and function, centrally located, and reasonably priced. What really adds to the stay is how kind and helpful the owners are. They have natural elegance and a typically Sicilian warmth. Believe me, this is a perfect place for a wonderful holiday in Modica. I didn't know the owners beforehand and have no connection to them, I swear.
