We stopped by to see the place because some friends have booked it for August. It left us with no doubts.

We felt right at home in this lovely part of Italy. Stefano was a wonderful host, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

The price is unbeatable, and this is such a restful place, far from the usual daily worries. It sits high above Modigliana, so the town is a way off and a car is essential. The drive back can be tiring. There’s plenty of room, making it great for families, and dogs are welcome. The furnishings are tasteful, everything is comfortable, and the place was clean and spacious. The host is kind and keeps a discreet presence. The pool isn’t enormous, but there’s enough space for a swim or a bit of play. We’ll definitely come back.
