Borghetto di Brola - Relais de Charme

There’s no restaurant and nothing to do here, so it was boring.

No.

I can only comment on the property itself, since the restaurant is closed at the moment and is due to reopen next spring. The renovated historic courtyard building is beautiful, set among woods, vineyards, and olive groves, with a view over Modigliana and its Roccaccia fortress. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with warm wooden floors and brand-new bathrooms. With the outdoor areas, lovely porch, and fully equipped hall, it’s a good setting for events and can accommodate plenty of people.

In summer, you can hear crickets and cicadas and spot countless fireflies. It’s a lovely little paradise in nature where I can recharge, with beautiful, cozy, cool rooms. The staff are kind and helpful, and try to meet every request. Breakfast is meager if you like a substantial one. I’m in love with this place and adore it, so I’ll be back as soon as I can.
