The owners are nice, at least. The decor looks much as it did in 1975, which isn't my style, though I don't mind it. The floor really needs replacing: it looks old and, even with daily cleaning, never seems clean. Sound insulation is horrible. I could hear what people were saying in the bar across from the hotel, even from the top floor.

The furnishing is old-fashioned but has its charm, and the owners are lovely. The location is perfect, breakfast was satisfactory, and there's parking.

The elderly gentleman at the front desk was courteous and had the sort of smile you'd expect at a grand hotel. The hotel itself is very dated, though, and its bathrooms badly need updating. It was very clean, but the heavily worn carpet still gave a poor impression of hygiene. The 1950s furniture looks old and could use an interior designer's touch. Because of Covid, breakfast wasn't served at the hotel. They gave us a voucher for coffee, juice, and a croissant at the café across the street. Unfortunately, at 9:00 today there were only two croissants for the four of us.

I was there for four days in August. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good and plentiful. The location, right in the centre of Moena, is excellent. Rooms are small, with very dated furniture. Parking is available for €10 a day. Good value, but the whole hotel needs updating.

The owners' warmth and kindness were exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. The hotel is right in the centre, which is great. Rooms have a very vintage look, and private parking is limited, though there's free public parking nearby.
