We had to pay for another hotel that night after being turned away at check-in. We arrived late, and although they said an email explained the 8 PM cutoff, we never got it. When we called around 9:30 PM, a staff member firmly told us check-in ended at 8 and she couldn't help. We explained we’d missed the email and didn’t know the area, and asked for help or even suggestions for somewhere else to stay. She offered nothing. The lack of empathy and basic service was shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this place at any time of year.

The view of Moena’s city center from the apartment was breathtaking, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything I needed.

Right in the heart of Moena, with everything close by and the ski bus nearby too. The apartment is roomy, comfortable, warm and modern, and exceptionally clean. There’s a private elevator and garage, and it’s well equipped. A beautiful place for a big group. Highly recommended.

The arched kitchen windows give you a fantastic view, and the bathroom finishes are excellent. It’s self-catering, as you’d expect in an apartment, with everything you need. Manuel was kind and helpful. I’d absolutely recommend it.
