I spent a week in early August 2025 in apartment CIELO AZZURRO, according to type 4, internal 4. It's a pleasant residential apartment, only 400 meters from the center, and I had no complaint about that. There were, however, many problems. The keys were left in the mailbox, so I entered without the owner present to check the apartment. It should have been clean and sanitized, but everything I found was dirty. I took clear photos and emailed them when I couldn't reach anyone by phone. They replied the next day, after we'd cleaned and settled in, saying the inspection had been done and everything was OK. They offered to send the cleaner the next day, but I declined. I wouldn't have been staying in the apartment, and didn't want anyone coming in, especially since I had a dog that cost €14 a day and had been told I couldn't leave him inside. The damage deposit had already been paid with the balance, before anyone checked the apartment. Midweek, I found a notice on my 9-seater van's window saying it was too big. It did fit within the marked parking spaces, but I was told to use a neighboring resident's private lot, which that person had offered to let me use. At checkout I left the apartment clean as the contract required, photographed the keys under the doormat, and tried calling, but nobody answered. I emailed to say I was leaving without anyone checking it. They said it would be inspected that day and asked for my IBAN to return the deposit. I requested €70 extra for the cleaning my wife and I had done, but they refused and instead asked me for €70 for the parking space. It's a shame I can't talk to this person, and they still haven't replied.

Apartment 4, August 16th to 23rd. Two adults, two girls, and a dog who was always out with us. I'm giving it one star because it feels obligatory. The price was exorbitant for this kind of apartment, which I found old, smelly, and dirty. They handed over the keys with so many warnings that it almost made you afraid to move. The place hadn't been cleaned properly, and I later understood why. There was a musty smell mixed with burnt wood. The stove was still full of ash from the winter, clearly never cleaned, yet the €70 sanitization charge got us nothing. The duvet covers smelled stale and I honestly doubted they'd been changed. There was a rusty skimmer with the kitchen utensils, and too many things scattered around, including rugs, runners, paintings, odds and ends on shelves, and dust all over those shelves. The old bathroom worked, but the washing machine smelled horrible and made the whole bathroom stink. Several 90-degree bleach cycles did nothing, and its seal was moldy. The garage won't fit a large car or one with a roof box, with a maximum height of 2 meters. The uncovered parking spot is small and inadequate, just a hole. If something goes wrong and you call the owners, hope it isn't urgent. They never answer the phone. You can only email, and they take their time. Then you're stuck writing emails for hours, but apparently calling is out of the question. Two days before checkout I got an email telling me to clean the kitchen, bathroom, and floor. I can assure you the guests after me found everything clean and disinfected with bleach. I understand now why I found it dirty: it depends on who stayed before you and how they cleaned. I'm almost certain nothing is sanitized. I've worked in tourism for over 20 years and had never before been asked to check out before 8:45. There's always a first time, I suppose. Also, when you get the keys, they require €100 cash as a deposit. The owners refund it by bank transfer after inspecting the house. That whole arrangement is debatable. I disliked everything, from the location to the owners. If I may, don't go there.

My family, two adults, four children, and a dog, stayed August 16th to 23rd in ground-floor apartment number 1. I wouldn't recommend this property at all. The apartment was poorly cleaned, and the owner's rudeness made things worse. Mrs. Dallaglio had asked me to call an hour and a half before arrival, but she couldn't be reached. She answered only after we got there, then arrived 40 minutes late and showed us around. The musty smell was noticeable at the entrance and stronger inside. Old furniture smelled bad, and there was mold on the master bedroom wall. The apartment is spacious but poorly maintained: personal belongings were left around, even a nativity scene over the stove; high shelves were dusty; and the stove still had ash from its last use. The sofa bed mattress was only a few centimeters thick, suitable only for a child weighing up to 30 kilos. The bathroom was old, with a bathtub used as a shower and a plastic curtain that I wondered how they sanitized. The bed comforters smelled bad, so I wondered if they had been changed. The garden was neglected, with weeds across the lawn and a low fence with a hole in one corner where a small dog or child could fall through if left unattended. At key handover, the owner asked for a €100 cash damage deposit, to be returned by bank transfer after we left. It struck me as strange that they would inspect the apartment without the guest there. Parking was mentioned only then: either the garage or a space in the lot if one was free. The car cannot be over 2 meters high, and we found the lot always full. Getting in and out also took a thousand maneuvers. During the stay it was impossible to get the lady on the phone. She never answered calls and only replied by email. A few days before checkout, she emailed to say we had to leave by 9:00 a.m. Saturday and mop the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. Wasn't cleaning included in what we paid? Yes, the price included a €70 sanitization fee. This was the first time anyone had asked me to do this, and I think I understand why: the previous guest cleans for the next one. I found that truly unfair. It's not cheap, and for the same money you can find much better accommodation.

I'm heading home after a week at Cielo Azzurro, in the dall'Aglio apartment, and I wouldn't recommend it. My issue isn't so much the space as the owners. I booked the ground-floor apartment in April because I was traveling with my family and two dogs. A week before we arrived, they switched our apartment without taking a euro off the price. An unexpected event meant we arrived a day late, but we were charged the full amount. The €48 linen wasn't even cotton, and we got only one towel each. The owner also asked me to water the flowers. Before leaving this morning, I had to clean the whole apartment as if it were my own home. My family and I have stayed in Val di Fassa for many years, and I can assure you there are much better apartments for the usual price. I'll definitely NEVER stay here again.

We were two adults, three children, and an elderly dog, staying in type 4 the first week of August. We paid for sanitization but found the apartment dirty and cleaned it ourselves. The owner didn't want to check the apartment's condition with us either on arrival or departure. We paid for the dog, but apparently shouldn't have left it inside while we were out, in case it was a nuisance. Parking was already understood, but the van made it a problem. The location was the only positive. Never again.
