I'd love to come back with my pup. They're so dog-friendly, and this was easily one of my best stays in years. Annalisa, the property manager, really cares about making guests' time special. She was thoughtful and professional, and even helped contact the organizer of an upcoming activity to find a route that avoided road closures. I also got to chat with her during quieter hours. At check-in, she and Florencia patiently answered all my questions and were incredibly kind and helpful. They upgraded me to a beautiful room, too. It was cosy, clean, spacious, peaceful, and felt like home. Patricia and Luca looked after me at meals, always professional and attentive. Dinner felt like high cuisine and never disappointed, especially for such a good price. I loved the food, the room, the location, and the people. I'm already dreaming about another visit.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and the hotel had a beautiful design, good amenities, and a welcoming feel. But it was the people who made the stay special. My brothers and I were welcomed warmly from the moment we arrived, and everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was professional, friendly, and attentive. The team greeted us with smiles each day and was always on hand for requests big or small. We felt genuinely well looked after. I highly recommend the hotel for a high-quality stay and excellent service, and I'll return on my next visit.

The staff were fantastic and friendly, and our room was cosy and clean, though a bit cold in the evening. The reception and dining room felt luxurious. Dinner doesn't start until 7:30 pm, which was a little inconvenient, and the portions were so big we couldn't finish them. Still, we'd rate the stay 5 stars. Jan from the Czech Republic

The restaurant team were wonderful, the food was great, and we had a great time at Ciasa Alpina. It's a two-star hotel, so don't expect miracles from the facilities, but the people running it made the experience feel five-star. Internet is a weak point: they're struggling with the connection, so keep in mind only mobile network is available.

The dinner was so good we were genuinely surprised. The people were supportive, the service was top quality, and we had an amazing time in Moena and at this place. We can't wait to return!
