The waitresses and waiters were very friendly, but the rest of the stay was frustrating. The owner changed our room price twice, first after booking by phone and again at checkout, without a clear explanation. He said he’d quoted the room incorrectly, then changed his mind. It felt dishonest and made a very bad first impression. Both meals were a letdown. Breakfast was bland, with very little to eat, and felt like a money maker. Dinner was overcooked, under-seasoned and overpriced. Given the cost, I expected a consistent rate and decent service. Instead, the place felt like a rip-off. Save your money and stay somewhere that values guests and offers quality to match the price.

The hotel is right in the center by the stream, but it stays really quiet. We spent four days there and had a great time. Our room was clean, and the food was very good, with plenty of variety.

We found the staff really friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The rooms and spa feel modern, parking is free, and the location is excellent too. Highly recommended.

The food was excellent, and the young team were enthusiastic and always happy to offer advice. They even arrange day trips for guests. We spent a week on half board and had a perfect holiday thanks to everyone’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. If I’m back in Moena, I’d definitely stay here again.

We were there for two weeks, and the staff were excellent throughout. The location was great, and our room was lovely and very clean, with its own sauna. I can only speak for our room, though, and can’t say what the others are like. The meals were the letdown. Breakfast through dinner, the pasta and rice were always overcooked. For all 14 days, we kept getting the same things, and they weren’t even good. I’d come back if they changed the chef.
