Agriturismo Borgo Chiasalp

From our balcony we could see the countryside and mountains in the distance, and the nearby town had two good restaurants. We stayed for four nights at the end of September 2025, and the location worked well for sightseeing in Friuli. Laura and Georgio were friendly, attentive hosts. Our room was pleasant, the bathroom felt up to date, and breakfast was a lovely way to start each day.

Just seven minutes from cividale, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, this is a lovely place to stay surrounded by nature. The host was extremely polite, and the accommodation has everything you need, including a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I'd come back.

The pool was a favorite with our children, and there were comfortable loungers all around. Towels for them were available at reception. When the weather wasn't sunny, the warm whirlpool was a welcome alternative. The communal kitchen by the pool had a well-stocked fridge with ice and drinks, plus balls, hoops, pool toys, and a foosball table. Our group of six, four adults and two children, stayed four nights at Borgo Chiasalp in June 2026. Laura welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly in good English, and showed us to our rooms. We had a large six-bed apartment with a kitchen and a double room for two. Everything was clean and practical, with a pleasant feel and a well-equipped bathroom. There was shower gel, toothbrushes, cotton pads, and plenty of towels. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, with rolls, ham, cheese, fresh fruit and vegetables, and eggs if requested. There was as much good coffee as we wanted. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would love to come back.
