Palazzo CAVÌ

Palazzo Cavi was spotless, charming, and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully put together. It manages to feel cozy and elegant, and we felt both comfortable and special there. Maria and Marco welcomed us so warmly and helped with everything we needed. They even personally took us places, which made us feel very cared for. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us with a glass of prosecco and an aperitif while we enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi. Such a thoughtful gesture, and it made the evening unforgettable. Staying there felt less like being in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home by the kindest hosts. Breakfast was a treat every morning, with something different each day and great vegan choices. Maria Giovanna puts real care into the local cheeses and wines and the fresh pastries. The terrace and jacuzzi were lovely for unwinding, and the building has plenty of history, including a cistern underneath. It dates to the late 18th century and has been beautifully restored. There are only five rooms, so it feels quiet and personal. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and a relaxing shower with lights and several shower heads. The whole place was spotless, and we felt looked after and at home. Maria Giovanna and Marco are warm, professional hosts, with thoughtful tips for places to see, eat and drink. Palazzo Cavì is one of the best places I’ve stayed. From arrival, the beauty of the space and the attention to detail stood out. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Mola di Bari feels like an authentic town without much tourism, and it’s easy to eat among the locals. Its location also worked really well for visiting nearby towns. Maria and Marco shared great suggestions for exploring the area, and in our three nights we saw and did a lot. We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Cavi. It’s a small boutique hotel, with clean, luxurious rooms and breakfast made up of high-quality local products. Thanks so much for the hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

We only booked two nights and ended up wishing we had stayed longer. The four-course breakfasts were something special, and the care Maria and Marco put into them was the icing on the cake. Maria also sent us so many ideas, links and references that made our time in Puglia even better. The location was ideal for exploring Puglia, central to everything but still away from the touristy feel. The hotel and food were world class, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Mostly, though, Maria and Marco made us feel comfortable from the start. In just a few hours they felt like friends and family, and their hospitality was second to none.
