The building is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The owner is welcoming and nice, but I felt there was no extra human touch or kindness that makes a difference when someone does this work with care. The lady never checked in during the 3-4 days I stayed, to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything, and she didn’t speak to me when I left either. I was also the only one charged extra because my plane was delayed. My companions at the grandmother's house and at the other place called 33 43, which I recommend, were treated like kings. The lady didn’t even give me a bottle of water, and there was no coffee either. There was a lot of noise. The building is old, and you can hear the neighbor, including the tenant snoring. When a car stops outside, the windows shake. The place has potential, though. If the lady took more care with the work and improved some details in the property and in how she treats people, she could attract all kinds of guests. I asked him for a receipt or invoice and still haven’t had a reply.
