The apartment was very clean, but it was a little too cold inside. What really spoiled the stay was the rude treatment from a man who was either the owner or a member of his family. We arrived at 5:30 pm after a 13-hour journey, during the only check-in hours, which were 5 to 7 pm, but he told us to wait. My family, two parents and two children, and another family from Poland waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the empty reception desk. Nobody apologized. His behavior was even worse when we left after a week. We were already in the car park getting into the car when he called to me from our apartment balcony to come back. I went back up to the second floor to see what he wanted, and he unfriendly told me to take the rubbish we'd left in the bin with us. Have hotel staff ever asked you to take the trash out of your room? If not, visit Alpenrose Residence, supposedly a three-star hotel. I wonder if he treats everyone this way, or maybe only Polish people. I've never been treated worse at a hotel.
