The house was freezing and felt spooky, and the welcome was minimal, to put it mildly. The fridge was switched off, the internet didn’t work at all, and the Moka pot had mold from dampness. The bathroom extractor fan had a disabled socket. Even the snacks were free but only had four days left before their expiration date, and the display had a “do not touch” sign, as if it were a Cartier jewelry store. Getting there felt dangerous, too. They knew exactly when I was arriving, yet when I rang the intercom, I got “Who is it???” Who was supposed to be Santa Claus in this godforsaken place? I wouldn’t go back even for those snacks.

We only spent one night here while passing through, thankfully. The rooms were so cold that we froze and got sick. We asked the lady to turn up the heating a little, but she didn’t. I don’t think that’s how a bed and breakfast should be run. I understand wanting to save money, but we paid too much already, especially since the rooms were cheaper on Booking.com. She could have afforded to use the heating.

For a quick work trip, it turned into a really pleasant stay. The room was small and very basic, but having a private bathroom was a big plus, and the price was good. It’s a beautiful spot, though out of the way and very quiet. The hospitality and helpfulness were excellent.

We found the quiet spot surrounded by nature just right for the peaceful holiday we wanted, and the view is magnificent. The owner was very friendly. A small dishwasher would make a nice addition 😊. I highly recommend it.

The B&B feels very welcoming, and the cleanliness really stands out. Breakfast was excellent, too. The owner is genuinely kind and very helpful.
